The View from the land towards North-East, in varna direction. There are several summerhouses neighbouring the plot, aswell as a low-voltage electricity transformator, so electricity connection is very easy.


The road to the land is passable even in winter.A good asphalt road is just 140 meters away. On this photo, you can just see the village water-station, at the end of the road.

Google Earth view of the land plot and famous bulgarian resort of Kamchia and the village of Bliznatsi. It is easy to get to the plot by car, as the land is close to 2 asphalt roads. A part of the plot is now sold, so the new size is 9687 kvm. Smaller pieces can be sold.
 

  The plot is only 15 km (10 minutes drive from central Varna) . This is essential as the land will be attractive in the future to both foreign investors and local Bulgarian investors, who are becoming increasingly affluent. Residential land prices in Varna are between 100 and 200 euros per kvm, whereas my price is only 9 euros per kvm!!

Plan (skica) of the plot. The dimensions are excellent there is a good seaview from the whole parcel. The land plot is suitable as an investment and for building luxury villas for Bulgarian residents from Varna and Sofia, as well as  for luxury Vacation houses for foreigners.

Cheap land with seaview, close to both major cities like Varna AND resorts like Kamchia, is rare. This Bliznatsi plot has the perfect location, as it is also close to the Varna-Bourgas E87 road and close to all communications.
